Payment
Your treatment estimate will include detail of procedures and associated fees.
All estimates will be discussed before treatments are provided and will require full payment at the time of treatment. Our team will gladly review payment options with you and for the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, FSA and HSA cards. We also offer financing through CareCredit if you need it.
Insurance
We can help you maximize your insurance benefits but all insurance benefits are estimate and reimbursement depends on contract your employer negotiated with insurance company. Please provide us with your insurance card(s) and any additional information we may need during your first visit. It is your responsibility to know your policy benefits and limitations.
